Qs. Do you build slab on ground?

Ans. We can build on concrete slab or timber floor to suit the slope of your land.

Qs. Do you have more home designs available for us to browse?

Ans. Along with the limited design samples you see available on the website after you register we have at least 40 more designs from different architects including two level dwellings and any number of bath, bedroom/study configurations.

Qs. Do you build in Brisbane?

Ans. We are currently in discussions with builders able to construct homes on the northern side of the city only due to the period of lost time on the Gateway Motorway roadworks.

Qs. Do you have a display home?

Ans. We do not have a display home on the Sunshine Coast at present but we are interested in talking to intelligent investors interested in our sustainable house/land package with rent back option.

Qs. Can we alter any of your designs?

Ans. All of our designs can be altered in conjunction with our architects to ensure essential elements are retained and therefore maximising the liveability of your home.

Qs. We have our own house plans, will you offer us a quote for construction?

Ans. We will only build homes that have a minimum 6 star energy efficiency rating.

Qs. What is your square metre rate for building?

Ans. Many project builders advertise square metre rates as an advertising hook to drag people into the showroom. Predominately these rates are not inclusive of the full costs of construction. Which makes the question similar to "how long is a piece of string?" Costs vary due to slope of site , materials selection and level of fitout.
